Dispatch Policy

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 5 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.

Prices and Tax

The price shown for the goods includes postage and packing on orders to the value 20 euro and above unless specifically stated otherwise. The price you pay includes VAT for all deliveries within the European Union. Delivery to countries outside of the EU, may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The customer must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

Money Back Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with the goods you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. All you need to do is return the bottle, stating place and date of purchase, and we will send you a full refund. Please send an e-mail to us before you return goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why.

Colours

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

Confidentiality

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act. 

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

Jurisdiction

The Contract will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts. 

Consumer Rights

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or provide a refund to the value of the item (excluding shipping). The items to be returned or exchanged have to be unused, in their original condition, in their original box and properly labelled.

Damaged Goods

Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify us upon opening the package and take a photograph (if possible). Also, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment. Should any item be faulty please contact us as described below so that we can provide a replacement item once the original item is returned.
