  • Home care use (used by one person only): the face seal should be changed every 3 months.

  • Healthcare practice use (used by different patients in doctors' offices): the face seal is dedicated to one patient and must be changed between each patient (1 face seal per patient). After every single use, discard the face seal. It should not be cleaned or autoclaved.

1) Fill the water tray with water to the indicated water level, then immerse the Face Seal completely.
2) Ensure all holes are filled by gently rocking the Face Seal.
3) If necessary, shake off any excess water.
4) Provided the preheat of the Blephasteam II device is complete, remove the device from the base station and insert the Face Seal into the device.
5) This can be achieved by placing the device face down on a soft cloth and sliding the Face Seal into place.

Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or provide a refund to the value of the item (excluding shipping). The items to be returned or exchanged have to be unused, in their original condition, in their original box and properly labelled.

Damaged Goods
Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify us upon opening the package and take a photograph (if possible).

Also, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment. Should any item be faulty please contact us as described below so that we can provide a replacement item once the original item is returned.
